What cookies are

These are needed for the site to function, for example remembering your cookie choice. They do not track you and cannot be switched off through our banner.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use analytics (such as Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymisation) to see which pages are useful so we can improve them. These load only after you select Accept all on our cookie banner, and never if you choose Reject non-essential.

Affiliate and third-party cookies

Some pages contain affiliate links (for example to Amazon). If you follow one, the retailer may set its own cookie to record that your visit came from us, so we receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. These are controlled by the retailer under their own policy, and only apply if you click through.

Managing your choice

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for The School Ready Guide, which will make the consent banner appear again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though essential features may then not work as expected.
