Refund Policy

How payments work

Our checkout and payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. This means Paddle processes your payment, issues your receipt and handles refunds on our behalf. Purchases are operated by Lema Collective Limited, which runs School Ready Guide.

School Ready Plus (subscription)

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If Plus is not right for your family, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no quibble.
• After that, we do not offer partial refunds for time left on a period once it has begun, but you are always free to cancel to avoid the next renewal.

One-time digital products

This covers products such as the English Toolkit and the School Choice Workbook, which are downloadable and available to you immediately after purchase.

• Because these products are delivered instantly, by completing checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel once you download the product.
• If you have not yet downloaded the product, or it is faulty or not as described, we will refund you in full within 14 days of purchase.

Faulty or not as described

Whatever our policy says, if a product is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

How to request a refund

Email us at enquiries@schoolreadyguide.com with your order details, or contact Paddle's buyer support using the receipt they sent you. We aim to respond within a few working days.
